Anne Boothe is a former public school teacher, principal, curriculum and assessment director, and is currently managing the Education Technology department for the seventh largest school district in the nation, Houston ISD.  Implementing a new teaching and learning platform dubbed the “HUB”, her team has integrated over a million learning objects into the repository, and currently works with dozens of vendors to ensure smooth interoperability and single sign-on for all students and staff, eliminating the need for multiple usernames and passwords.  Her latest work has been in partnership with the Texas Education Agency and IMS Global, digitizing the Texas standards (the TEKS) into a machine-readable format.  Anne is currently working towards her doctorate in executive leadership at the University of Houston.
