We can't wait to see you at FAEDS in just a few days. We have a great line up of speakers and sessions planned. Check out our iPhone App, Android App, or mobile web for a full schedule and details during the conference. All three versions should allow you to create an account and save your preferences for each time slot. Speakers may post documents, share links, or send e-mails to session attendees.

The Cyber Security Post Conference Workshop if full. Registration is no longer available.

Wednesday we will have more breakout sessions, the Cyber Security Post Conference Workshop (continuing on Thursday), and business meeting at lunch. The regular conference program will conclude around 1 pm (although the Cyber Security Post Conference Workshop will continue through the afternoon).

If you are staying at the Hilton using our conference rate, your resort charge should be waived, and you should receive complimentary in room Internet. Self-parking is available for $7 plus tax per car per day as well. The Hilton Daytona Beach Resort/Ocean Walk Village is located at 100 North Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32118.

Question: How would I register a guest for the Tuesday night event?
Answer: Educational attendees who would like to bring a guest to the Tuesday night event should register a guest for the conference. Unfortunately, the cost of the event, dinner, and transportation exceeds the guest registration cost so it is not possible to provide an alternative for just that one event. However, FAEDS staff will have a waiting list on site for any unclaimed tickets.

Question: Where do I send payment if I pay by check?

Question: When is Vendor Hall Setup and Dismantling?
Answer: Vendor Hall Setup is Sunday, September 18, 2016, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Vendor Hall Dismantling is Tuesday, September 20, 2016, 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM.  All exhibits shall remain in place until 4:30 PM on Tuesday, September 20, 2016.  Return of crates and packing cases and dismantling of exhibits will begin at that time.
