The Focus HR/Payroll system provides a district with a robust set of modules for building budgets through position control, employee on boarding from applicant tracking, managing employee career changes and benefits, providing a robust payroll system for handling the countless different ways that an employee is paid, state reporting, etc. The system also is completely integrated with the FOCUS Finance and FOCUS Student systems.
